This intensive workshop combines material on lean methodology, business model canvas, and other business processes to introduce concepts to anyone interested in starting a business, non-profit, or internal organizational project. This workshop is part of the South Dakota FAST Launch program and is designed to help people prepare for the Governor’s Giant Vision Competition or seek SBIR/STTR funding.
