Mental Health in Entrepreneurship Community Roundtable
June 9 @ 4:00 pm - 5:30 pm UTC-5
Entrepreneurship is lonely, and it’s no secret that entrepreneurs often struggle with their mental health. One study, conducted by researchers at the University of California Berkeley, found that 49% of the entrepreneurs they surveyed were dealing with at least one mental illness. It’s our goal to build a startup community that is open and honest about the role mental health plays in entrepreneurship.
Join us in the E 2 Event Space behind Remedy Brewing at 4PM on Thursday, June 9th, for a roundtable discussion on mental health in entrepreneurship. You’ll have the opportunity to learn the ways that mental health impacts entrepreneurs, talk through the ways that you have seen mental health impact our community, brainstorm what resources our startup community should have, and walk away with valuable resources and coping strategies to apply to your unique situation.
Please RSVP on Eventbrite.
This roundtable discussion will be facilitated by Mary Wolf, MS, LPC-MH, BCC.
