If you have a business problem you don’t know how to solve, wish you could talk to someone who has knowledge you don’t, or if there’s some other reason you could use a chat with an entrepreneurial mentor, Startup Office Hours may be right for you.
On Thursday, April 20th from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM, we are offering 25 minute time slots for entrepreneurs to chat one-on-one with one of three Sioux Falls area business mentors.

Over the past 8 years, Josh Novak has helped almost 200 companies with their marketing and communications. He currently owns Main St. Media House which provides content creation, web design, and ad campaign services. Josh has worked with a variety of different industries including retail, hospitality, law firms, and real estate.

Paul Tschetter brings a unique approach to client matters with his experience in both transactional work and litigation. Although Paul represents a wide array of clients in commercial transactions and disputes, the primary focus of his practice is the construction industry where Paul has been recognized for his work on behalf of owners, general contractors, design professionals, and subcontractors.
In addition to his broad construction-related practice, Paul maintains a connection to his family’s fourth generation farming operation and frequently represents producers and businesses in the agriculture industry. Paul takes pride in his community involvement and is active in a number of civic and professional organizations.

Erik was raised in Corsica, SD and is a graduate of the University of South Dakota (BBA in Economics, 2014) and the University of Minnesota (Master of Public Policy (MPP) / Master of Business Administration (MBA) / Certificate in Nonprofit Management (CNM), 2020). Erik is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). Before joining Lost&Found as its Executive Director, Erik began his career in municipal government and financial services, serving in various financial analysis, consulting, project management, and strategy roles for the City of Sioux Falls, RGP, MetaBank, and Sunrise Banks.
Outside of Lost&Found, Erik is the founder and Managing Partner of PASQ, a professional services outsourcing and consulting firm for rural economic development agencies and serves as a board member or adviser to several social ventures spanning Minnesota and South Dakota. He lives in Sioux Falls.
