Amy is known for turning complex challenges into clear\, actionable plans that inspire generosity\, build capacity\, and ensure long-term organizational success. \nAbout Travis Entenman and Friends of the Big Sioux River \n\n\n\n\nTravis Entenman\, Executive Director of Friends of the Big Sioux River\, has been deeply connected to nature from a young age. Growing up exploring the forests of northern Idaho and the grasslands of South Dakota is the main reason for that. His passion for conserving native prairies\, improving water quality\, and inspiring community action drives his mission to leave the earth better than we found it\, challenging the status quo and proving what’s possible when we care deeply for our environment. \n\nAbout Angela Kennecke and Emily’s Hope \nAngela Kennecke\, an Emmy-winning journalist and South Dakota Hall of Fame inductee\, founded Emily’s Hope to combat the stigma of addiction and the fentanyl crisis after losing her daughter\, Emily\, to fentanyl poisoning.
