Growco is Startup Sioux Falls’ year-long program for full-time founders with an established, operating business and consistent revenue who are ready to scale more intentionally.

You do not need a specific revenue level or number of employees to participate. You do need to be working full-time in your business, generating revenue you can plan and budget around, and ready to strengthen the systems, capacity, and strategy behind your growth.

How Growco Works

Growco is a 12-month cohort experience focused on practical application, accountability, and measurable progress.

Participants meet monthly to work through the challenges of scaling an established business, with facilitated discussion, expert perspectives, and focused work tied directly to the five Scale milestones.

Throughout the year, founders will also engage with experienced business leaders and subject-matter experts who can provide practical insight and outside perspective.
