About the Facilitators:
Bryson Patterson
Bryson is the District Director for the U.S. Small Business Administration in South Dakota, where he oversees SBA programs and services for entrepreneurs statewide. With 16 years of experience in small-business finance and export support, including roles as Deputy District Director in South Dakota and Regional Export Finance Manager for a multi-state region, he brings deep industry knowledge and strong local connections to the role. Passionate about serving South Dakota’s entrepreneurial ecosystem, Bryson emphasizes the state’s “can-do attitude” and collaborative network of resource partners to help small businesses thrive.

Angela Allen
Angela is a Business Advisor for South Dakota Manufacturing & Technology Solutions specializing in Supply Chain. Her background includes experience in product design, sales, customer service, and project management. Before coming to SDMTS, she worked in manufacturing in the plastics and engineered wood products industries. In addition to her manufacturing experience, she spent several years as a designer in the civil engineering field. Using her project management expertise, she will be working to develop supply chain business solutions for SDMTS. In 2024, Angela earned her Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from Project Management Institute (PMI) and her Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) certification from ASCM. In December 2024, Angela earned an MBA from the University of South Dakota.
