Join us for the 2026 WIN in Workforce Summit, hosted by the Sioux Falls Development Foundation, where business and community leaders come together to tackle the evolving world of work.

This day-long summit is designed to provide a strategic look at how burnout, employment uncertainty with AI, and shifting employee and employer expectations are reshaping engagement—and what leaders must do to sustain performance. With nine impactful sessions, including keynotes and breakouts, you’ll gain the tools to move your organization and workforce efforts forward with confidence.

Held at the Canopy by Hilton in Downtown Sioux Falls, the WIN in Workforce Summit puts you at the heart of the conversation—exploring the future of work, embracing innovation, and connecting with peers who are shaping what’s next.
