Startup Sioux Falls is hiring a Community Coordinator to help strengthen our founder community and welcome more people into the entrepreneurial ecosystem. This person will engage directly with founders, remote workers, small business owners, and partners across the greater Sioux Falls area and the region—building relationships, guiding new entrepreneurs toward resources, and representing our mission in the community.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in people-focused work, communicates with clarity and warmth, and enjoys helping entrepreneurs move forward. The ideal candidate brings experience in nonprofit or community engagement, is confident in sales and outreach conversations, and is steady when supporting members or holding boundaries that protect the health of our space and mission.
